When Arlington National Cemetery made plans to display a statue of a military bugler playing TAPS in the new Welcome Center they chose SSG Jesse Tubb, a bugler in The United States Army Band "Pershing's Own" to be the model. This film tells the story of the significance of TAPS, the amazing process of creating the statue and capturing the right moment in time that tells the story of the musicians who honor our fallen at Arlington National Cemetery.
"In Arlington" is a poem written by Bob Martin as a tribute and recognition of the Centennial of the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. A team comprised of current and retired members of The United States Army Band produced the video which is introduced by actor Gary Sinise.

At a time when relations between the U.S. and China are delicate, The United States Army Band "Pershing's Own" visited China as guests of the People's Liberation Army Band. The shared experience of music as a common language showed how we can rise above political differences and become friends.
My very first feature documentary was about my son Stephen's band, Silo Effect. They went into the studio to record original material for the first time.
We join The United States Army Band as it prepares for a performance of "Spirit of America" only to find that space for the musicians to warm-up is limited. One tuba player finally finds a place to practice but as fate would have it he is momentarily distracted by something shiny which leads to a sudden and untimely accident. None-the-less, the show must go on! (Mockumentary)
