Drawing inspiration from legendary composers like Gershwin and Rachmaninoff, 'Rhapsody in राग जोग (Raag Jog)' weaves a rich tapestry of melodies and rhythms, celebrating the fusion of diverse musical influences. 

Commissioned by Anjan Shah,'Rhapsody in राग जोग (Raag Jog)' is a 22-minute original work by Drew Zaremba that is rhapsodic in form. This premiere performance features Anjan on bansuri flute/tenor saxophone, Jonathan Epley on guitar, Nabin Shrestha on tabla, Amy Shook on bass and the Chicago Studio Orchestra. The composition brings together 4 major ideas: improvisation, a fusion of western & eastern music, diversity & inclusion, and a personal journey of cultural acceptance through music. It is a fusion of Indian classical, Western classical, and jazz influences, delivering a one-of-a-kind, spellbinding journey.

These special musicians and engineers performed at the highest level musically and technically.
